4. Putting up Christmas decorations

9. Living vicariously through others running marathons & 1/2 Ironmen (and being SO proud of them!)

July was a mix of big things and little things that just made me happy.

1. Sunday Funday complete with Chinese food & wine

2. Watching my little garden grow.

3. 1st VIP Party at East Andrews

4. 25th birthday dinner at Piola and ensuing celebrations in Midtown

5. Work staff offsite at the W hotel in Midtown



6. Hosting the April meeting of my sorority alumni chapter

7. Winning my tennis matches!

8. Tiny Bistro wine tasting

 9. Planning & executing the final Life Night of the year

10. Finally eating Mexican food (and LOTS of it!)



I said in January that 2011 was going to be the best year yet, and it has not failed me so far. Perhaps there were certain things that happened in 2010 or 2009 or even 2008 that were really great, but all in all, 2011 has been the best. I know who I am, I know who my friends are, I have been able to prioritize the things that are most important to me.

So even though 2011 is 1/3 of the way over, and I hate when time goes by so fast, I say bring it on to the next 2/3, because only good things are coming. I just know it!

 



Adios November, Hola December

I can't believe November is over. Really, I can't believe that the last month of 2010 started earlier this week, but I'll save that post for a rainy day in January. For now, it's all about what November was. A couple of years ago I wrote in a journal the top 10 of every month, and I've decided to restart the tradition.
